A meeting of the board of directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held on August 17, 2026 Monday at Islami Bank Tower. Mohammad Zahir Hussain, Chairman of the bank presided over the meeting. Md. Altaf Hossain, Managing Director (Acting) and Md. Habibur Rahman, Company Secretary of the bank, attended the meeting. The meeting discussed the recent business performance of the Bank and took some important policy related decisions, a press release said.
