The 43rd Annual General Meeting of National Bank PLC was held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at a convention center in Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by Professor Dr. Melita Mehjabeen, Chairman of the Bank, a press release said.
Also present at the meeting were Tabith Awal, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Director; Muklesur Rahman, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee and Independent Director; Md. Abdus Satter Sarkar, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Independent Director; Nazneen Ahmad, Director; Md. Zulkar Nayn, Independent Director; Md. Akhter Hossain, Independent Director; Imran Ahmed, Acting Managing Director; Deputy Managing Directors; and esteemed shareholders of the Bank.
During the meeting, the financial statements for the year 2025, the appointment of auditors, and other scheduled agenda items were approved.
