Emirates has announced the expansion of its signature Chauffeur-Drive service in Japan, further enhancing its premium ground experience for travelers. From 1 February 2026, the service will be available to customers travelling to or from Narita International Airport, followed by Kansai International Airport from 1 March 2026. These additions complement the existing Chauffeur-Drive service already offered at Haneda Airport, a press release said.
The Chauffeur-Drive service is available to First Class and Business Class customers travelling on eligible Emirates-operated flights. Designed to deliver a seamless, door-to-door journey, the complimentary service provides private transfers between the airport and a customer’s home, hotel, or office, ensuring comfort and convenience at every stage of travel.
In Tokyo Narita, Emirates’ world-class ground experience is further enhanced with access to the airline’s exclusive airport lounge in Terminal 2, offering premium travelers a refined space to relax or work before their flight.
