AKIJ Resource is expanding its employee benefits programme through strategic partnerships across healthcare, wellness, fitness, fashion, hospitality and dining.
The newly onboarded partners include healthcare providers
Shukhee, United Healthcare and Shanta Life; wellness platforms Alight in Zen,
Persona and Wellness by Moon; fitness centre John’s Fitness Hub; and lifestyle
brand Fabrilife.
The initiative also extends to hospitality partners Ocean
Paradise Hotel & Resort, Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa, Grand Sylhet
Hotel & Resort and Ascott The Residence, Dhaka. Dining partners include
Chef’s Table, Divyaansh, Kiva Han, Misty Bake, Smith’s Café, Bao, Shack and
Ground’s Coffee Factory.
The programme offers employees preferential corporate
rates and exclusive discounts across healthcare, fitness, fashion, hospitality
and dining. Selected healthcare services offer discounts of up to 30–40%, while
participating hotels provide room discounts ranging from 30% to 60%.
Senior officials from the partnered businesses have joined
the signing ceremony held at the corporate headquarter of AKIJ Resource
recently.
Md. Ashrafur Rahman, Communications and Partnerships Lead
at AKIJ Resource, said the organisation plans to expand its network of partner
brands further to provide employees with greater convenience, more choices and
enhanced benefits.
Through these cross-sector collaborations, AKIJ Resource
aims to make healthcare, recreation and lifestyle services more accessible to
its employees. The initiative reflects the company’s broader commitment to
employee welfare, workplace engagement and a more comprehensive approach to
organisational wellbeing.
