Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) and Daffodil Computers PLC (DCL) signed an agreement on August 20, 2026 at the BNCC Headquarters in Dhaka to design and develop an integrated BNCC Website, Management Information System (MIS), and Mobile Application, a press release said.
The digital platform will support BNCC’s nationwide operations, including cadet recruitment and management, institution management, training and certificate management, employee management, and centralized information and administrative management. The initiative aims to streamline BNCC’s operational processes, improve information accessibility, and enhance digital services for cadets, institutions, employees, and other stakeholders.
The agreement was signed by Lt. Colonel Md. Nahiduzzaman, Director, Training and Recruitment, BNCC, on behalf of the Director General, BNCC, and Mr. Jafar Ahmed Patwary, General Manager of Daffodil Computers PLC.
The signing ceremony was graced by Dr. Mohammed Nuruzzaman, CEO, Daffodil Group and also attended by Major Kamrul Hasan, Accounts In-Charge, BNCC; Lt. Commander Md. Rakibul Islam, Deputy Director (Navy), BNCC; H M Forhad, Head of Product and Solution, Daffodil Computers PLC; and Md. Mazharul Islam, Technical Lead and System Analyst, Daffodil Computers PLC.
The initiative marks an important step toward establishing a more integrated, efficient and technology-driven digital ecosystem for BNCC.
