The Rotary Club of Baridhara Sunrise has been honoured with the Gold Club Award 2026 at the Rotary International Annual Award Ceremony for its exemplary performance and service. The ceremony, held at Sea Palace Hotel and Resorts in Cox’s Bazar on 26th June 2026, honoured Rotary clubs and leaders for service achievement, a press releases said.
Past President Deepok Kumar Baral MD of Rotary Club of Baridhara Sunrise was awarded the Gold RIPSA Team Award 2026 for his contribution as Coordinator of the Rotary International President’s Special Assistant (RIPSA) Team (Finance).
Past President M. Fasihur Rahman PHF of Rotary Club of Baridhara Sunrise also was awarded Platinum RIPSA Team Award 2026 for his extra ordinary contribution of the Rotary
International President’s Special Assistant (RIPSA) Team.
The Club activities were coordinated by Chair, Service Project Past President Dr. Zafrul Islam PHF, with the support from fellow members of the club.
Past District Governor Ishtiaque A. Zaman, PhD and PDG Shamsul Huda presented the awards in the presence of Rotary leaders and the club members from across the country.
