Barishal Division emerged champions of the 11th Development Cup Football Tournament (U-15 Boys) 2026, defeating Rangpur Division 1-0 in the final held on Monday at the Government Physical Education College ground in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, a press release said.

Organised by the Department of Sports under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the three-day tournament featured participation from all eight divisions. Rangpur finished as runners-up.

Youth and Sports Secretary Md Mahbub-Ul-Alam attended the closing and prize-giving ceremony as the chief guest and handed over prizes to the winners. Additional Secretary (Sports-2 Wing) Md Mahfuzul Alam Khan was present as special guest, while the programme was presided over by Md Mahbubur Rahman, Director (Youth Services) of the Department of Sports.
