IBFB's Key Recommendations

Immediate Priorities. Ensure uninterrupted power and gas for export industries, EPZs, economic zones, and SMEs. Publish clear load-shedding schedules. Provide temporary support for energy-dependent SMEs.

Medium- and Long-Term Measures, Expand gas exploration and renewable energy. Upgrade the national grid with smart technologies and storage. Diversify LNG sources and strengthen regional cooperation. Promote energy efficiency and reduce system losses. Increase private sector participation in solar, captive power, and infrastructure. Finalize a National Energy Master Plan with clear targets and monitoring.
