Bizzmakr, a growing freelancer-powered business solutions platform, successfully organized a two-day Campus Activation Program at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) on 26–27 July, in collaboration with the IUB Programming Club (IUBPC), continuing its mission to help young people identify, develop, and apply skills that can unlock real opportunities, a press release said.
Founded on a unique model where all contributors work as freelancers, Bizzmakr is committed to bridging the gap between learning and employability. Through its Campus Activation Program, the platform seeks to equip students with practical insights, market-relevant skills, and a clearer understanding of how they can transform their passions into meaningful, sustainable careers.
The activation booth remained open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both days, welcoming students, aspiring freelancers, and young entrepreneurs. Visitors were invited to explore the Bizzmakr platform, meet the team, and learn about freelancing and smart hiring opportunities. The program offered students a practical window into how they can monetize their existing skills through real-world projects, while also serving as a convergence point for students, freelancers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and businesses to connect under one platform.
On 27 July, Bizzmakr hosted an exclusive session titled “Skills to Success” at the DMK Lecture Gallery from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The session brought together four speakers with distinct and complementary expertise. A S M Rafiul Haque, Founder and CEO of Bizzmakr, shared the vision behind the platform and the broader movement it represents. Dilara Jahan Brishty, Co-Founder and CMO of Bizzmakr, spoke on building sustainable careers through digital skills, consistency, and continuous learning. Ibrahim Niloy, Certified Full Stack Digital Marketer, AI SEO Specialist, and Top Rated Upwork Freelancer, offered practical insights drawn from his experience competing and succeeding on global platforms. Saif Shaon, Video Editor and Creative Consultant specializing in cinematic storytelling and commercial content, discussed carving a meaningful niche in the creative freelance economy.
The IUB activation is the latest chapter in Bizzmakr’s ongoing youth engagement efforts. Earlier, the platform organized Campus Activation Programs at the National Youth Festival at BRAC University, Flow Fest at Gulshan Club, and JUST CAP at Jashore University of Science and Technology, each generating strong engagement among students, young professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs interested in skill development and the future of work.
Speaking about the initiative, A S M Rafiul Haque, Founder and CEO of Bizzmakr, said, “Young people spend years learning, but many struggle to find opportunities to apply what they know. Our Campus Activation Programs are not about telling students to pick up freelancing as a side hustle, they are about showing Bangladesh’s brightest young minds that their skills have real market value, and that building a sustainable, full-fledged career in the digital economy is entirely within their reach. Through these programs, we want to inspire youth to move beyond academic learning and develop practical capabilities that can create real economic opportunities.”
As Bangladesh’s digital economy continues to expand, Bizzmakr aims to play a meaningful role in preparing the next generation of professionals by fostering practical skills, career readiness, and a culture of continuous learning.
