The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior Grameenphone officials, including Nafees Anwar Choudhury, Head of Brand Marketing; Abdulla Al Mahmud, Head of Customer Experience & Service; Asfaquzzaman Chowdhury, Circle Business Head, Dhaka; and Grameenphone Centre partner Iftekhar Mahmud. Conveniently located beside the Mirpur 11 Metro Rail Station, the centre offers easy access to customers across the greater Mirpur region, including Pallabi, Mirpur-10, Rupnagar, and Mirpur DOHS.

The newly launched centre features state-of-the-art facilities built on a modern design philosophy, with extensive use of environmentally friendly materials.
