Robi Axiata PLC. has announced the appointment of Ruhul Amin as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, a press release said.

Ruhul Amin has been serving as the Acting Chief Financial Officer since 1 January 2026. He brings almost 25 years of experience, including more than 14 years with Robi, with strong expertise in finance, strategy, governance, transformation, analytics and business leadership. 

Prior to this appointment, he served in key leadership roles including Chief Strategy Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer and senior finance roles across Robi and Axiata Group.

During his tenure at Robi, Ruhul has played an important role in driving strategic transformation, strengthening financial governance, advancing analytics-led decision-making and supporting major business initiatives. His experience also includes involvement in significant transactions and transformation programmes across the telecommunications sector.

Ruhul Amin is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from Bangladesh, a Certified Public Accountant from Australia and a Certified Management Accountant from Australia. He has also completed executive programmes at INSEAD and Harvard.
