In a bid to expand access to life and health insurance for underserved communities across rural Bangladesh, Guardian Life Insurance Limited and digital healthcare platform BelleVie Global Health Services have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), a press release said.

The partnership combines Guardian’s innovative insurance solutions with BelleVie’s extensive rural network and digital healthcare ecosystem to make affordable and accessible life and health insurance available to people who have traditionally remained outside the reach of formal financial protection.

Through this collaboration, the two organizations aim to promote financial protection, strengthen insurance awareness, and improve access to technology-enabled insurance solutions, helping build greater financial resilience among rural communities.

Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Rakibul Karim, FCA, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Guardian, said, “Insurance creates financial resilience when it reaches those who need it most. From BelleVie Global Health Services, the MoU signing ceremony was attended by Mahboob Zaman, Chairman; Omar Tasiq, Managing Director; and Farhad Ahmed, Director, of BelleVie Global Health Services.

The partnership marks another step in Guardian’s efforts to expand insurance inclusion through innovative partnerships and accessible protection solutions for communities across Bangladesh.
