A meeting of the board of directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held on June 24, 2026 Wednesday at Islami Bank Tower. Mohammad Zahir Hussain, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank and the sole representative of the Board of Directors of Islami Bank presided over the meeting.

Md. Altaf Hossain, Acting Managing Directorand Md. Habibur Rahman, Company Secretary of the bank, attended the meeting.
