Disha Samaddar, a student of Ayushi Kindergarten, secured a 'Talent Pool' scholarship in the 2025 Primary Scholarship Examination. She earned this scholarship by demonstrating her academic merit in the exam. The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education announced the results of the primary scholarship on Sunday (July 12).
Disha is the younger of her parents' two children. She is a brilliant student at Ayushi Kindergarten in Kotalipara Upazila, Gopalganj District. Disha is the daughter of Bipul Samaddar—a physician—from Rajapur village in Ramshil Union of the same Upazila. Her mother, Mukta Samaddar, is a homemaker.
When asked about this, Jaydeb Chandra Bala—President of the school's managing committee and the founder and former successful principal of Ramsheel College—expressed pride that a student from Ayushi Kindergarten, one of the most renowned educational institutions in the upazila, has secured a scholarship from Disha Talentpool. He sought everyone's blessings and prayers so that Disha could continue this trend of academic excellence in the future.
Mrinal Haldar, Founder and Executive Director of Ayushi Kindergarten, said, "We are all overwhelmed and further invigorated by the results of the primary scholarship examination. Prabir Kumar Haldar, Assistant Director (Administration and Finance) of the Primary Education Department, stated that this 'Talent Pool' scholarship was achieved through consistent study, proper guidance from teachers, and hard work. He sought everyone's blessings and prayers so that Disha, a talented student of Ayushi Kindergarten, may continue to bring honor to the country with the brilliance of her talent in the future.
It is worth noting that a total of 79,246 students received scholarships based on the 2025 examination. Education Minister A.N.M. Ehsanul Haque Milan announced the results on Sunday [July 12] at a press conference held at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital.
Among the scholarship recipients, 43,354 (54.71%) are female students, and 35,892 (45.29%) are male students. This time, 32,965 students received scholarships under the 'talent pool' category; of these, 26,375 are from government primary schools, while 6,590 are from non-government schools.
