A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Dinajpur Zia Heart Foundation and Japan Bangla bridge recruiting Agency (JBBRA) regarding Japanese language training and the deployment of skilled workers to Japan. The agreement was signed on Monday afternoon at the hospital’s conference hall in the newtown  area of Dinajpur, a press release said.
The agreement was signed by A.K. Azad, General Secretary of Zia Heart Foundation, and Mohammad Rezuanur Rahman, Head of Human Resources and Administration at Japan Bangla Bridge Recruiting Agency (JBBRA), under the overall supervision of Moinul Tahmid, Managing Director of Japan Bangla Bridge Corporation.
Present at the signing ceremony were Dr. AFM Mostafa Sarkar, Director (Medical Education) of Zia Heart Foundation; Dr. Mohammad Ziaul Haque, Joint Secretary of the Executive Council; Mohammad Rokon Uddin, General Manager of JBBRA; Md. Aman Ullah, Manager (Sales and Marketing) JBBRA and senior journalist Ahsan Habibul Alam, among others.
At the agreement signing ceremony, officials from the respective organizations emphasized the deployment of skilled and unskilled workers to Japan for healthcare roles—specifically under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) and Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) visa categories.
