Energypac one of Bangladesh’s
leading power and engineering conglomerates, recently hosted an executive
meeting with key financial partners and banking institutions at Gulshan Club to
outline its long-term growth roadmap alongside a distinct financial realignment
strategy.
Guided by the principle, “Growth for Goodness,” the
leadership team detailed a forward-looking operational model aimed at enhancing
production efficiencies and market presence across core business segments, a
press release said.
During the session, Engineer Rabiul Alam, Chairman, and Humayun
Rashid, Managing Director and CEO of Energypac Power Generation PLC mapped out
the company’s product expansions and portfolio shifts. His presentation focused
on next-generation mobility, including Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and EV
buses, expanding bulk and bottled LPG operations, Substations, and introducing
Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) alongside core industrial infrastructure
offerings.
In a separate presentation, Chief Financial Officer Md.
Aminur Rahman Khan detailed the company’s financial realignment strategy,
titled “River Wave.” The plan focuses on revenue-based growth, disciplined cost
management, and applying a data-driven (Six Sigma) framework, to maximize plant
capacity, optimize working capital, and streamline non-core assets to reduce
liabilities.
“Our ‘River Wave’ strategy outlines a clear, Revenue Based
Financing (RBF) model designed to streamline liabilities, optimize working
capital, and restore strong operational cash flows,” stated CFO Md. Aminur
Rahman Khan. “By adhering to a rigorous operational framework and working
closely with our financial partners, we are confident in our ability to build a
resilient balance sheet and drive sustainable profitability.”
Through these strategic initiatives, Energypac continues
to strengthen its core operations, reaffirming its commitment to supporting
