bKash has won two international accolades at “The Money Awards 2026”, organised by global event & networking platform Money20/20, in recognition of its initiatives to drive small merchant inclusion and expand the cashless transaction ecosystem, a press release said.
The accolades were presented at a global ceremony in Las Vegas, USA, recently, where bKash received the Gold Award in the ‘Payments – Financial Inclusion’ category for its efforts to bring small and micro-entrepreneurs across diverse socio-economic classes into the formal financial network through accessible digital payment solutions.
In the apex ‘Diamond’ category, the country’s largest MFS provider secured the Silver Award for building an interconnected transaction loop between consumers and merchants, facilitating day-to-day digital transactions, and advancing the national cashless agenda.
