The 414th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 14 October 2026 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mohammed Younus. The meeting reviewed the overall banking activities and approved a number of investment proposals, a press release said.
Among others the Directors of the Bank Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, A. K. Azad, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, the Independent Directors Md. Reazul Karim and Muallem A Choudhury were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
