Bengal Commercial Bank PLC has signed an agreement with InterContinental Dhaka, enabling Bengal Credit Cardholders to enjoy complimentary access to the Balaka Executive Lounge at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka, a press release said.
The agreement was signed recently at InterContinental Dhaka by K. M. Awlad Hossain, Managing Director of Bengal Commercial Bank PLC and Olivier Loreaux, Director of Food & Beverage of InterContinental Dhaka, on behalf of their respective organizations.
Nasim Sekander, AMD & CBO of Bengal Commercial Bank; Shah Mohammad Emdadul Haque, Head of Retail & CMSME Banking and Kamrul Huda Chowdhury, Head of Card Business, were present at the signing ceremony. Saadman Salahuddin, Director of Marketing of InterContinental Dhaka and Abdul Gafur, Head of Lounge Operations at Balaka Executive Lounge, also attended the ceremony along with senior officials from both organizations.
Under this agreement, Bengal Credit Cardholders will be entitled to complimentary access to the Balaka Executive Lounge while travelling abroad. The lounge offers a range of premium facilities, including quality dining, comfortable seating and relaxation arrangements, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, wheelchair accessibility, dedicated luggage storage and other modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
This initiative is expected to play an important role in enhancing customers’ travel experiences and expanding the range of value-added services offered by Bengal Commercial Bank through its credit card portfolio.
