We are to be face to face of a cruel true if we see the
politics that is covered with smell in Middle-east’s endless loss of blood and
gun-powder in the mirror of neo-realism or in frame-work of realism. Knenth
Waltage used to think that there is no place of emotion in international
politics rather it is a game of solid frame-work or system.
In what reason Middle-east is not being peaceful of which
answer is hidden in anarchy or disorder character. The meaning of this anarchy
is not indiscipline, rather such situation where the countries have no
guardian. As a result, every country is to enforce the entire strength to
ensure its own security.
Kneth Waltage is called the father of neo-realism shows in
his “Theory of international politics” that the States are really the hand’s
doll of this frame-work. In fact they are not guilty or innocent lonely while
Israel attacks Gaza or Lebanon and while Iran supplies fuel and weapon to the
Proxy Groups to increase the sphere of influence. They are only involved in
ancient fighting for living.
The context of Palestine is not only human upset rather it
is the fighting for saving existence of a Stateless human society. They are
always being crashed in this fighting. The self-controlling-right’s demand of
the Palestine has made an immense unstable in equalizing of balance of power.
The neighboring countries see it as the threat while a
country increases strength for self-protection. As a result, they also buy
weapon or unite together racing. It is happening in today’s Middle-east.
Israel’s military superiority is compelling Iran to walk in the way of earning
the atom-ability or to use the power like Hizbullah as the shield.
There is no easy way of breaking of this suspicion wall,
because it is not true, the balance of power is the last step. This balance of
power was in position a little in the past days, but at present it has
introduced the unequal polarization region into volcano. Particularly, the
directly one side staying of the Donald Trump administration has pushed the
balance of power intensity. The suspicion or war increases much more while on
side becomes very much powerful, because the weak side then becomes death-defying
and the powerful side becomes desperate.
In the meantime the countries like Saudi Arabia, United Arab
Emirates have taken new skill of serving balance of power giving up usual
conflict’s way to ensure their security. Saudi Arabia wants solution of
Palestine-crisis considering their people’s opinion. On the hand they are going
forward toward military-compromising Pakistan and Turkey in light of realism.
The saving of existence is now the big to them than water-oil’s politics. For
that reason Saudi Arabia, being powerful gradually in military force is trying
to establish itself as the regional force.
The issue of Turkey is very important in his equalizing.
Turkey is a rising power who is saving the balance of power between western and
eastern to keep in force their security and influence in this regional
disorder.
The staying of Turkey in Palestine-question is not only
patience rather is a skillful effort of giving leading of Arab-world and of
establishing as their moral power. Turkey would like to display itself as the
chief guardian of the Muslim-world standing that zero-point while Saudi Arabia
and Arab Emirates have run a little to Israel.
The relation of Turkey with Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia
was intense inimical in the past. But it is calm in many respects in changed
global frame. Turkey has understood that it is an act of intelligent to come
down enmity with regional competitors for enduring in front of unstable rule of
USA and the influence of Iran and Saudi Arabia. As a result, they are now
walking in the way of commercial and military assistance with Emirates and
Saudi. Turkey is not only mediator in crisis of Palestine and Syria rather they
would like to be appeared as the independent powerful.
In the vast chess-plan of Middle-east Turkey is now making
such move where they are ensuring their security keeping relation with Russia,
USA and regional Arab countries. The staying of Turkey in Palestine-crisis and
their military conquest in taming of the Kurdi-rebel-all are actually the part
of that structural compulsion.
In doctrine of Waltage the way of peace is very strange and
many one can think it as immoral. He gave a controversial reason in his famous
article “Why Iran should get the Bombai”. In his view they will come in
Middle-east while the final balance of power will be made. If the atomic power
remains also in the Iran’s hand side by side Israel then two sides will know
that war means sure destruction of both. Just this fear will restrain them. In
fact it is a result of structural inconsistent that blood-shed we are now
looking in Lebanon or Gaza.
So, the way of finishing the Middle-east- crisis is not a
miraculous solution rather it is a strict and long-lasting destruction of
power. This unstableness will be being moved till a stable equalizing is not
being made of power among the regional forces as Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia and
United Arab Emirates. Only the way out from this ill atmosphere is to establish
a perfect balance of power where no side will show daring to harm to another.
